Battery World

Alternator died on Saturday. Luckily I was close by to battery world. The guys replaced alternator for me within two hours for a good price. Great service. Very happy. Highly recommended for any battery/power/alternator trouble.

Really poor service. Moody & u reliable staff. Had to return 3 times to get my battery charged. Do not recommend coming here

Rang this morning with a dead battery problem after getting prices from others. Ash was so helpful & happy to assist me. Within a short amount of time they came out & tested my battery which I knew must be due for replacement. Installed a new reasonably priced Australian made one. Ash & the mobile team member deserve an award for exemplary customer service unlike the other battery places I rang. Will be going there in future for the customer service alone, other companies need to adopt their attitude to customers. Best ever! Thanks guys.

A massive thank you to Grant who saved my holiday after renting a camper that had massive battery problems. I previously took the van to other mechanics and specialists who didn't have a clue. Grant knew exactly what the issue was and was able to take care of it quickly and get me back on my trip. He knows his stuff from 40 years in the industry and you can sometimes get people who are just good at their job, and others who are great - and Grant is great! Thank you again.
