Always have what I need and if they don't have it in stock they get it quickly. Customer service is far superior to that big green shed and the prices are excellent value for money. Love the rewards card as well.

No assistance offered when trying to locate products. They always act like it's a hassle to be their customer and have to serve you. Staff don't seem to ever know about their products when asked. Useless. Going to Bunnings from now on. I guess that's what I get for trying to support a smaller business. No more. 0 stars if I could.
