Performed a click & collect for a quick convenient shop, but then we ended up instore for a couple of additional items.nCashier was helpful and friendly.

Understaffed for a busy weekend. Didnt receive any customer service. Ended up just searching the part number of the battery on my phone and grabbed it off the shelf myself. Then at the checkout, did not receive warranty card provided by century, the staff claimed they havent done it in over a year, while holding a stack of warranty cards in their hands. I had recently purchased a century battery from another Supercheap auto store about 3 weeks ago and they provided me with the warranty card without me having to ask for it. So it seems supercheap auto Wetherill park is not following protocols and not giving out the warranty cards with every battery sold as per agreement with century?nnAt least they had the battery i needed.

Good range. Lots to look at while the boyfriend dragged me around. Happens almost weekly, and I always find something new.

Good service. Plenty of parking. Always have stock.
