Not professional to handle my problems about the car battery. Lady in charge puts her points first n argue with me. Before l just want replace new battery but finally l change my mind l want my money back. She said to me never come to this shop to buy battery again l replied to her l Will Never Buy It Again.

I came into store today for a click and collect .I saw that the lady was busy serving customers, so I decided to wait. However even after she had finished serving the customers , she stood there and stared at me. She didn’t even bother greeting me or asking if I needed help. So I decided to come back at another time.nn-Shoutout to the young man -5 stars-nThis time I had better luck, a young Asian man saw that I needed help and quickly served me.
