Absolutely disgusting customer service. We felt guilty ordering food and asking questions about it. The guy clearly didn't want to be there. The food was just average.

Today one worker would not acknowledge 3 of us standing waiting , while he casually stocked the shelves, once he finished he just stared at us not a word spoken the whole time as I ask him for separate paper bags being 3 of us he through the tongs and sushi back grabbed another bag and still not a word , I asked him if he could speak he just nodded,nI think this was very poor customer service, it was only that I promised my daughter sushi otherwise I would have walked away.nVery arrogant and disrespectful for a Japanese place of business.nWill not be returning.

5 STARS FOR SUPPORTING YOUR COMMUNITY WHEN WE REALLY NEEDED IT. At the time of the batmans bay bush fires, we had no power, no phone reception and NO FOOD! we were waiting in line to get INTO Coles for over an hour and half..... Sushi In came to the rescue with free sushi rolls to anyone and everyone!
