You would probably walk past this salon without noticing it if you didn't know it was there. I have been coming here for hair straightening for around 5 years now and it's been an absolute godsend! My hair is very long, thick and course/frizzy/wiry. I get the shiseido straightening twice a year and it's amazing! My hair ends up completely 100% straight and is so shiny. As I can literally wash and go, the condition is also amazing and I get so many comments. The staff are always accommodating for whatever time I would like and there is usually 2 of the staff working on my hair so it doesn't take too long to do. I was recommended this salon by a friend who has been coming for straightening for around 15 years, so happy I found this place!

Awesome job like always. They even tell u their honest advice not just try to sell u things. I have been going their for years.

Terrible service. The place smells like cigarettes the whole time because they take smoking breaks every 5-10 mins and stand right next to the door. Stop and start while working on you. So rude. The Japanese hair straightening was below average and expensive. Very disappointing.. never coming back. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
