Majestic Hair

Got my scalp and hair treatment + blow dry today. The quoted price was $315per person, which is more then the usual $280 that I pay at my regular salon but I thought I’ll try a new salon today. I took my friend with me so for the 2 of us it was $630. Started at 3.30pm finished at 5pm. So the whole process was only 1.5 hrs. Every other place I’ve had a scalp & hair treatment would be between 2-2.5 hours. The massage was only of the head and did not extend to the neck or shoulder which is something every other salon I go to does when doing a hair and scalp treatment.. My hair did not feel as smooth and rejuvenated as one would expect. The blow dry only held to about 10pm. Service was below average, tea served in a disposable cup, only offered us green tea or water (nothing else). Overall when clients spend $630 just for a hair treatment I believe most ppl would expect much better quality of work, service and result. Very disappointing experience.

I had a lovely experience at this salon! I had a last minute decision to have a haircut today and turned up at Majestic without an appointment. They were able to accommodate me right away and Joey, the stylist who cut my hair brought the haircut I wanted to the next level, put her own spin to it (after asking me first) and it turned out really well! She also took the time to wash my hair with a gentle head massage that was just above what I was expecting. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I feel like this is the first time I got my money's worth from a salon. Great job, Joey and the salon receptionist!

After many years with the same hairdresser she or he tend to just slack and not being professional. Same thing happened to me today at Majestic. The moment I walked in she simply showed attitude, in her face and in tone. This is reflected in the outcome of her cut as well; I am extremely not happy with the quality and my hairstyle. I specifically asked her not to cut a specific style and she didn’t listen and did the opposite. Never again I will come again.

I went to get a haircut, he missed up the side. I told him it wasn't good, he wanted to make it even shorter. I made it clear I didn't like it and he pretended like it was ok. At the register wanted me to pay the full amount. I asked for a discount because I wasn't satisfied, after playing like he didn't understand English suddenly and called someone, they decided to discount 4 dollars. I asked to pay the full amount because it's not worth it. I don't recommend this place at all

I got the best haircut of my life here! I had a lovely male stylist with pierced ears and Fendi shoes, I would love to know his name so that I can book an appointment with him in future. I am part Chinese but only speak English and he did not mind. 10/10 great haircut, I recommend.
