I went there for a haircut. I found my hairdresser Yutaka very professional and nice. He provided an excellent service, giving a message while washing my hair. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend you to visit.

I went the yesterday morning to hair color, I am very satisfied with the result. Thank you to her (forgot ask her name) very friendly and excellent service. Definitely Will be back again.

The stylist did the job, but poor attitude as stated by other customers. I regreted to do my haircut there. The stylist was not rude in words but in action, he avoided my eye contact during consultation and when I asked him to wait for a min as I had a phone call, he completely rolled his eyes at me. As a customer, I just didn't feel I was respected and wanted to leave the shop asap!

I had a haircut and colour. The hairdresser was patient with me. He gave me reasonable and honest advice. He used the scissor and did layers a bit by bit, very professional and experienced. I had a short hair for the first time and I loveeee it.

I went in to get a quote to even out my bleached hair and the two staff there did not acknowledge my presence until I called to them. The staff seemed reluctant to do my hair and when the phone rang, he picked it up, mid conversation with me, and continued to talk in Japanese for 5 minutes while making me wait. I ended up leaving the shop (while he was still on the call) as it was clear to me that they were rude and wanted me out of the shop. Very bad first impression and rude to a potential first time customer; definitely do not recommend. Wasted my time but I guess I'm glad I didn't have unprofessional people do my hair.
