Moe & Co. Broadway

I usually go to high end salons to do my hair but tried Moe & Co Broadway and was amazed by the quality and professionalism. Ewan was brilliant and passionate to get it right. Will definitely be going back.

I firstly found Moe and Co in the Sydney CBD. I then continued to use them at broadway as I moved close to broadway and there service was amazing at world square and they new me by name , considering I went there 2-3 times a week.nnOnce I started going to the broadway the “Manager” was quite abrupt and rude to myself, daughters and other customers. I thought perhaps a bad day… no problem.nnThey we’re fast which is effective for my lifestyle and continued but every time he was just the rudest most I considerate human. He made my daughter cry and then was to wash my hair where he literally didn’t even wash it properly or condition it ( please note usually Kenny done my hair and was immaculate and why I returned but he wasn’t there and covered for Kenny ) then after the disgraceful wash he dried my hair and was so rough he not only pulled a extension out and hurt me he ripped out from the root or the extension attachment and left to small bald patches. Permanent damage.nnHe was unapologetic and I left. Today in a rush I seen he was there ( must of been at the toilet ) I rang to make a appt with Kenny and they had heaps of free appts. Then once my name was shared he refused to see me and all booked up ( I didn’t think he was there )nnWhat a disgrace .

I had the worst hair cut I’ve ever had on my life. First time I went I had a great experience, but at the second time it was horrible. It was the first time I cried after having a hair cut. I do not recommend the hair cut service if you’re woman.

Clement was fantastic. I went in on Sun with low expectations as hadn’t been before but he was superb at matching my colour and blow drying, so I will definitely return.

I visited Moe & Co for a fringe cut on the weekend. Evan did such an amazing job, was very precise and thorough. I would highly recommend!
