So I'm writing this on my boyfriends google account. I'm a Swedish girl who loves my hair, I've been growing it for over a year now, hair is something every girl takes pride in, so you can imagine why I'm so upset.nI went into the salon this morning, I asked for just the tips to be cut off and for the length to stay as it was because as I've saI'd already, I've been growing my hair for over a year. So they sat me down, she didn't even tell me her name, but she said she had colour in her hair which is probably why the haircut was so quick!! 5 minutes to cut tips, let's be fair, it's meant to be around 15. Now she just rushed through my hair as quick as!nNow for the haircut itself (bearing in mind I said don't touch the length), she has left the back alone, but for some reason she's gone crazy on the front and made it really short. If I turn my head to the side, imagine length down to your chin all the way along too your ear, then without any blend, just a sharp 90 degree angle, your hair drops down to middle of your back length... and the bit that I thought was a nice touch was that it was only on one side of my face. The other side not so bad but still butchered!! So after being at home upset I decided to go get it fixed by another salon and now my hair looks nice again, but short like it was 2 years ago!!nNow to the lady who cut my hair, just know that you are without a doubt the worst hairdresser I have ever come across, you were rude, you were rushed, and you ruined my hair!!nNow one star is generous, but google don't allow 0 stars.

I visited this salon around a year ago to have my balayage taken up. I specified that I wanted the colour to be an ashy blonde, which was a bit lighter than the colour I already had. The girl agreed, let me pick out the colour and she started. However when it was done my hair was brassy and a bronze colour which looked awful - it was almost like she had never put any toner in it. I got home, looked at it in the natural light and the colour was terrible and it looked so bad that I nearly cried. I went back the next day and the girl offered to fix it for me - free of charge. After it was done I immediately regretted it. She didn't blow dry it at the salon because she said it would cost extra. I got home, dried my hair and was horrified to see that the colour was now even WORSE, and the balayage was done in such a messy manner at the top - she didn't even blend the colour in properly and it looked so messy. I paid $180 for this and I had to go elsewhere and pay $270 to fix that job up. I will never go there again.nnA few months later, I referred my sister to go there as she was in the area and I had noticed that the girl that did my hair was no longer working there, so I thought she'd have a different experience. She went for a simple trim, and the girl took under 5 minutes to cut her hair and was very rushed. When she got home she had noticed it was very messily cut, it was uneven at the ends and she wasn't happy at all. I can safely say that this is the most unprofessional salon hiring INCOMPETENT hairdressers!!!! If you are the owner, please sort this out and implement a harsher screening system for hiring employees! This is 2 bad experiences out of 2 and I'm not afraid to say this is the worst salon ever...

The worst salon I have ever been to. The staff member was so rude and kept making comments how my hair was to thick.nI got a half head of foils a blow dry and a cut (i have long blonde hair). She completely butchered my hair leaving the front parts really short almost like a fringe.nTwo people ended up blow drying my hair (i'm assuming so they could leave early). This was very painful as they were pulling my hair a lot and I was getting very hot as they were near burning my scalp with the hair dryers.nnI then got told I had to pay $400, I went home very upset and very shocked how bad the haircut was.nnPlease don't go here, it will now take me ages to grow out the front part of my hair!
