Not a great hair salon, if youre looking for quality service. The Chinese guy who did my hair was in a rush as soon as his other customer walked in. He didn’t even wash the dye off properly, as I could still see and feel the products in my hair. My forehead and ears and neck were very stained from the dye, this never happened with other salons. I also find it very unprofessional that they kept chatting in Chinese to one another.

Iam very happy with Trio from Hairtalks. She has done a great job with my hair. You guys can see the BEFORE and AFTER effectud83dude1c.nnI was really struggling to find a nice hair salon and one of my collegue has recommened this place. I was a walk-in customer and Trio really treated me well and asked me what i want. She even given me suggestions with my hair cut. She is such a lovely person.nnI highly recommend this place and Trioud83dude03ud83dude03

Absolutely terrible. I asked for a hair color that is already on my hair which is brown. She without any communication used black to color my root. Now i have 2 colors. My root ( a good 4 cm)nis black and the rest is brown. I need to add that the gray hair near my ears are not covered either because she put color on them in the end.... I came here because a few years ago they had a couple of Korean hair dressers who were really good and also my haor dresser was fully booked. What a mistake I made.nnI have to add that now I see why people were looking at me. My shirt has a lot of stains considering that she even poured water into my ear when was washing my hairs.nI never write bad reviews for businesses but some really deserve that.

Appalling Service - 0 rating I went to their website and booked using their online booking tool, Bookwell which made me pay up front and sent through a confirmation email. Then i started to receive texts saying the time wasn't available and they were trying to make me book on a different day which did not suit. I phoned the Salon and received the most appalling service from a guy who informed me he does not have a name! he was yelling and demanding i listen to him in an aggressive manner and ended up with him hanging up on me. I was told to call bookwell as they would refund me straight away, however they were closed. The end result was that i was able to cancel the booking online but have to wait FIVE DAYS to receive the refund.. BOTTOM LINE DO NOT GO THERE & ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS.

I went there for a colour, cut and blow dry and the colour was good. However, I asked for a trim and my hair was near my hips and the girl who cut my hair cut it to above my chest. Without even consulting me. We spoke about how much to cut before then she did the opposite.nnIt was like she struggled cutting such long thick hair and accidentally cut it short. She went back and forth so many times. Seemed like she stuffed up and needed to go back and forth to correct her mistakes.nnI felt to upset to say anything which I regret! My hair is not even sitting correctly. Also, the wash was also super uncomfortable, the girl was scratching me with her fake nails and splashing water everywhere.nnI feel they need more training!!!nnThis should have been recognised by her and she should’ve apologised and I should have not paid for the cut.nnFurthermore, the staff aren’t overly friendly or professional for the money that you spend.nnAlmost two weeks later and I’m still so frustrated by this experience. Will never go back.nnI hope nobody ever has to experience that!
