Mineral Hair By Nature

My partner collaborated with this company once to proceed to a second booking. After putting time and endless effort into her hair she was given a 3rd year very unqualified apprentice who literally made her hair brown/yellow when the rust should have been more blonde. After this company denying the hair was done poorly then to finally admit it wasn’t right they then offered the option of a refund once again to turn around and deny that also!! The owner then directed the conversation abusing my partner saying she has done this to other local hairdressers before which is definitely not the case. Like I just said very unprofessional and poorly managed from a business owner point of view! O stars if I could have rated this!

After going ahead with having an apprentice do my hair for bayalage and fringe trim things went south quickly with service and quality. Manager was present initially and the color seemed to go well. Though every time they needed to let things set all the staff would disappear to the back and chat & gossip, where I could still hear about their advice to each other on certain plastic surgery procedures. I was left by myself in the shop front, which i found very weird.nnThen manager left for the day leaving only 2 apprentices. When it came to my fringe cut the apprentice was unsure how to start a fringe and had to ask other apprentice for advice. Let's just say it didn't go well and I had to have it fixed somewhere else.nnI found it was unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Would not come back. Thought I'd try somewhere new, but won't do that again.

The service provided was unprofessional - a complete disregard for my request for a trim, uneven haphazard choppy layers, drastic thinning, and an unasked for fringe that is lopsided.
