UNBELIEVABLE service. Bec has been cutting and colouring my hair for over 20 years.nI call her the short style queen. Cut is amazing, colour just what I wanted and I always walk out feeling on top of the world.nLove the vibe in the salon and love these girls

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HAIR COLOUR.nI Wasn't shown a colour swatch before colouring, (a good professional hair dresser will always check with a colour swatch for a first time colour, with client NOT just a verbal understanding, as what one colour is to the hairdresser, may not be understood by the client ). Hair was definitely over processed, colour was put back in to FIX the problem, I walked away extremely unhappy with a colour I didn't ask or want AND I was still charged for her stuff up. NOT HAPPY I will never go there again. Due to over-processing I have now had my hair cut twice . I had shoulder length hair

Moving from the City during covid , the girls at HWA took me in as a new client, and I've had the best hair colour and care for years. I look younger and fresher. Wonderful caring and professional service.
