Orwell and Watts may cut hair competently but they show blatent disrespect to clients by ignoring phone calls, emails and text messages. Ignoring all inbound client communications and allowing clients to sit on cancellation lists for months on end fosters mistrust and demonstrates a superior, entitled attitude that has no place in our Mountains communities. I prefer a personable service with less ego and more humility. Pretentious.
