I was not impressed with this service at all, I booked in expecting an experienced hairdresser to be doing my hair, and at no point was it disclosed to me that the apprentice would be doing it. I wanted some black box dye lifted and the girl who did my hair slapped bleach on my virgin roots before applying it to the box dye, which is a no go even I know about. Disappointed to say the least, I won't be recommending this service.
