Just thought I would add to the already dismal ranking, they just need to pick up their game, when in to buy a new van and was pretty much driven away by the incompetency of the person I was dealing with.

Dealing with these guys turned me off buying another Renault. They avoid responsibility like the plague. They wont recommend a solution that could help you out within 24 hours because it doesn’t involve you purchasing anything off them so they make you wait weeks and pay out the nose. I have lived all over Australia and owned cars from nearly every brand and this is the worst dealership i have ever come across.
