Refused to insure motorcycles because they aren't stored in a shed, even if it's on a driveway or a secure backyard. Gave a harmless critique on their FB ad and one of the customer representatives, Jess, supported a comment made by a fake account who was mocking people's motorcycles. Nice PR move there. Elitist company with an insufferable customer base. Highly recommend anyone to go with their competitors.

Love Shannons. They were so quick and easy to deal with when someone ran into the back of my vehicle. And my phone calls are never sent around the world and back again - they're right here in Tassie :)
