I had to give a 5 star ratings, solely to appreciate a staff member from Total Tools: Derrick. This was my first lawn mower, trimmer purchase and he was extremely patient in explaining every detail about the products. Thanks to his patience and experience, I bought the products from that store.nnThe rest of the staff were also friendly, helpful and warm, helping me load up stuff on to my car, etc. Very Impressed, overall with the store!nnMy next big purchase would definitely be from the same store.

What’s up with the refund policy? How does it work if online orders can get a refund up to 30 days and in store purchases can’t get a refund. Doesn’t make sense.nnBetter go Bunnings across the road if they have the same model plus they beat it by 10%. At least you can still refund it if you change your mind.

Good selection of tools, customer service isn't great, I guess it's better for people who know what they're looking for. I've always struggled getting some advice on the floor at this location.

Not a massive range at the moment. More than likely thanks to covid. But pretty good service. Their online has more than in store.

They are a great bunch of guys, always helpful and willing to go that extra mile to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible.
