I went to this hair dressing with high hopes given the reviews of this place, however, I walked out disappointed. I asked for a balayage with a specific light brown, I didn't ask for a trim or hair styling so I believed my request was simple. When finishing my hair looked terrible! It did NOT look like what I asked, it looked rush and unprofessional. The colour looked yellow and required a lot of toning. The price would've been reasonable had they coloured my hair to what I asked, or at least similar. Will not be going back and highly do not recommend.

I took my elderly in-laws there today for a much needed tidy up. I believe the girl who looked after them was Jess. She couldn't have been more delightful to them. They were still talking about how lovely she was hours later. Thank you for being so patient & making them feel so good.

Both of my sons (4 & 6 years) hated hair cutting all their lives until they met and got their hair cut from Jess. She was so patient with them and made them feel safe. I would and have recommended this place to parents with children who hate hair cuts and they have had the same experience as mine. Thank you team at Christiane's Hair Design!
