Firstly, we had booked to clean 6 dining chairs on a Friday At around 11:30am and they never showed up. After several calls they informed us at 9PM after waiting a whole day that the machine was broken? and that they weren’t able to make it to our home and asked whether they could come in the next day. They finally come to our home looked at the chairs and said we can’t guarantee it’s going to be cleaned? If this is what you do as a business shouldn’t you be confident in your work? He tries cleaning the 6 chairs for 20 mins leaves and it was left with even more marks and stains on the chairs then how it was originally. Then proceeded to take my money even though he had done nothing to the chairs? What kind of a business is this I’m truly shocked.
