Poor warranty after care. Never again as bamboo floors was not installed as per manufacturers recommendation.nStuck in the middle of this retailer and manufacturer not taking accountability for excessive shrinking of floors and gaps seen between skirting.nnBoth playing the blame game while the consumer suffers.nnDodgey as they come, even the Master Franchise said they could not intervene and ask them to follow through on warranty.nnEven if the product is discontinued, find the alternative or full replacement.nnSeems like normal practice as they were not bothered even dared us to take it to consumer affairs and legal action.nnPlease do not try and send a generic reply as you have been no help for a number of years.
