Lovely service no doubt, but I was truly shocked by the price. I walked in asking for a haircut, and the hairdresser just said she prefers to work with wet hair so I just said okay. I ended up getting a whole wash that I didn't want nor ask for, but only realised when it was too late. A lot of products were used on my hair, but it turned my hair into dry straw, and upon coming home I could see some unevenness. Even between a short haircut and restyling I thought it would be reasonable based on their pricing list, but $90 was beyond crazy. I would've liked to be explicitly asked about the services and told how much it'll cost as a new customer.

It was my first visit here and they were very welcoming and professional. Mak did an excellent job restyling my hair and I was very impressed with her cutting and advice. Looking forward to my next visit.

Way overpriced. It was embarrassing to be put in that situation. I give two stars for Britney as she was professional and friendly. I wish I could post a photo of the back of my hair as it is a mess . I was so looking forward to my experience in the Salon .
