I had an appointment for my daughter today for re-styling her hair, when making the appointment I had clearly indicated that I needed an experienced hairdresser as my daughter is on a wheelchair and u did not want her hair to be messed.nMy daughter was very excited and was looking forward to cutting her long beautiful hair to donate and have a lovely short hairstyle.nWhen I arrived for the appointment they were looking for a hairdresser to attend to her.nI showed the lady the short pixie hair style that I wanted for my daughter. I am absolutely disgusted as the hairdresser completely ruined my daughters hair.

First Time booking at Hair Matrix! I'm a new mum and haven't had the chance to actually get my hair done over a year! I had the privilege of meeting Marissa! She was AMAZING she washed style cut and straightened my hair! I left feeling sooo good! My hair feels and looks beautiful! Thank you Hair Matrix for your beautiful service and as a busy mum I feel sooo blessed to have found a quality local hairdresser! I'll definitely be back in 6 weeks!

i had Kat with me and she removed all my extensions and residue and was super professional and helpful with everything.

Love the customer service here. Staff are always friendly and listen to the exact haircut you want. However sometimes they do not always dry my hair after a cut.

Marisa from Hair Matrix (Casula) is an excellent hairdresser and delivers great customer service. Very kind, determined to complete her work, gives us great advice and tips for my hair and knows what she needs to do.
