Blondes & Brunettes

Suffice to say I've had the worst haircut (style cut) of my life at this salon in Campbelltown mall. My hair is healthy and well taken care of and a poor haircut shows clearly on my hair. I kept asking the hairdresser to not pull my hair and please be gentle, she ignored and kept pulling my hair giving me a massive headache for the rest of the day. They don't take appointments so I rocked up at the salon and they asked me to come back in an hour and when I did, I kept waiting for someone to at least offer me the basic customer service. but that didn't happen. The vibe of the place is off and considering how my haircut turned out to be I am all the more disappointed. Yes, they are a bit cheaper than other places, but my recommendation is to pay an extra ten dollars somewhere else and not experience the same disappointment I felt. This was my first time at this salon as I have been looking for a permanent hair salon because the one I used to go is now shut and safe to say I will never be back. They lost a new customer and all the new referrals from me.nnP.S - this is also my first review ever - I do not review small businesses because I know how hard it is out there; but my disappointment is so much so that I had to do this so other people can make an informed choice.nnResponse to the owner's comment - I advised the hairdresser 5 minutes into the job that I am uncomfortable with her and another colleague of yours assured me to trust the hairdresser and I did - I did not know that your colleague is an apprentice and had no decision making power whatsoever. I spoke to her after the job was done because she was the one who said to trust in the beginning - again I wasn't informed at that time that she is just an apprentice. She went to the manager and told her that I had feedback to share. The manager was busy with a hair colour job of another client and it wasn't appropriate for me to barge in about my feedback and ruin someone else's experience there - I was in the shop for a while but wasn't approached by the manager and hence I left.nThe feedback is for the owner's benefit - being passive aggressive in the comments is not a good business strategy. Thank you regardless.

This is my 4th time here and again I'm very happy with the full head of foils, treatment and cut for $145. Excellent value. Lovely girls and very clean and tidy shop. I definately recommend going there especially when others charge $270 and these girls do a better job!!

Blondes and Brunettes Campbelltown is run by people who actually know what they are doing. They are prompt, polite and patient, they will help you achieve your colour and style goals. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been going here a few times and to other hairdressers before but Blondes and Brunettes are far the better choice!nThey’ve given me all the perfect colours I wanted and the staff are always nice and are snappy to get their job done which I like.n- Do have to wait a while though while getting your hair done but it’s understandable since not a single worker will just laze around, they are always moving.nI highly recommend this salon as they have always fixed my regrets from other salons. Could be a 5/5 if they could just take care of colouring; as in trying to help the customer avoid or take off the dye otherwise it’ll stain on the skin. Have gotten stains from dyes around the forehead, sideburns and in the ear but other than that I really love it there and will probably stick to this salon only ♥ufe0f
