The Colour Room

I was offered a TAFE free hairstylist and cut, I showed up on time and scheduled my whole day for it as I got a call Monday saying it was going to be this Friday after school, so I went there dressed and ready to go and was not friendly greeted by a employee who said “uh no she’s in New Zealand”, wasn’t helpful and said thanks for coming I left quite displeased but overall disappointed; I turned around and I went back where a new employee was there and looked at me dumbfounded and said that they knew Wednesday that this wouldn’t go ahead, they had my contact and didn’t even have the human decency to contact me instead of wasting my time. Pathetic. They kept saying oh I’m sorry but we only knew Wednesday? How does that contribute to your case?! I’m extremely angry and will probably never go here again. This experience was posted to social media platform because of the frustration with the colour room MacArthur square. Hopefully no one else has to deal with your unprofessional, lack of management team/staff.nnADDITIONAL: I spoke to the Person who contacted me via phone on the Monday and she said soz for 5 minutes! SERIOUSLY! Your team needs to grow up and run the god damn business! Lady with black hair glasses was extremely rude and lady with orange was immature.

Always go there but they have changed the staff. Don't think I will go back my hair got hacked. Bring back the old staff please

Great cut by a wonderful young lady. She did what I wanted. Very happy!

They were very friendly and welcoming however i feel like i wasted $75. i went to get highlights done and they gave me a tafe student who did a very average job and you can barely see the difference. she wasn't frequently supervised and made many errors. they said it will get brighter after a few washes but that doesn't seem to be happening.
