Just Cuts

I’m very upset after my experience here and will not be going back or recommending to anyone I know. Over priced, wanted $8 to dry my hair after I already paid $35 for a cm trim, I left with soaking wet hair. No other hairdresser I’ve ever been to has charged extra to dry my soaking wet hair. Hair dressers were not friendly, I did not feel comfortable. My son was not brushed off after his hair cut and left with tiny hairs all over him, being special needs this was very uncomfortable for him. I could’ve asked for the hairdresser to brush him off yes but honestly I was stunned by the poor service and really should I have to ask? Every other salon I’ve ever been to has brushed my children off to ensure they are comfortable. Very disappointing experience.

I went on the weekend to get a trim Anne served me. She accidently hit me on the face with the stick from the scissors while cutting my hair. This is for them to lean their pinky finger. She actually did a little cut on my face. My skin is quite sensitive, it went red straight away and it was stinging. She did apologize and started saying how she hadn't had lunch yet and she was blaming it on that. Then at the end she was so pushy and didn't even show me properly how the back of my hair looked. Terrible service, never going there again.

Walked in today with a messy head of hair and walked out looking like an American Express Platinum card owner. Bec was my stylist and she went to great lengths to ensure my hair was cut and set right, I highly recommend her. Looking forward for the 'twinsy' haircut when its due ; )

Always great service and cut, layered and thinned both my daughter and my hair exactly as asked.
