St Joseph's Cathedral

It’s a pity I didn’t get to spend more time in Rockhampton as I would have loved to have captured photos of this magnificent church in all its glory in golden hour lighting. But having said that, the church is incredibly grand. It’s one of the largest churches that I have seen with some incredibly tall steeples. It really does make for a fantastic photographic opportunity. I was able to capture an image at night with a wonderful reflection from a pool of water, and the clouds were moody looking from the full moon. So even at night you can capture some amazing images of the church.

Very beautiful building, outside and inside. Definitely worth a look!

Absolutely beautiful church

There was a lot of people there for Christmas dinner (lunch). As every year I have been there was plenty of food and great volunteers.
