Oxford Bathrooms

A big thank you to the team at Oxford Bathrooms and their contractors who worked on our bathroom renovation. We absolutely love how our new bathroom which turned out even better than we anticipated! We are also quite thrilled that it was completed ahead of time, particularly during a busier time of the year. We definitely highly recommend Oxford Bathrooms.

We got our bathroom renovated seven years ago by Oxford bathrooms. They gave us a sink that was half the specified size. When queried, they told us to speak with the sink provider. The sink provider did not speak English but Oxford bathrooms did not want to know anything about it.nnThey did not install a switch for the light, instead they gave us a remote control to turn the light on and off. When we objected they told us that we were being fussy. For years we've had to tell our confused guests to use the remote control to turn the light on.nnWe remember this company every time we use our bathroom and the water splashes everywhere out of the tiny sink.nnThis is the last company I would recommend for any work.

Dreadful experience! We had tradespeople not knowing what the requirements were, then having to redo the work. The bath was damaged during installation and had to be patched up. The shower installation was shoddy and had to be redone. The silicone job is messy and ugly. They arranged for a subcontractor to removed asbestos from the walls, and assured me they were licensed, but then wouldn't give me with the details of the company. We had our bathroom renovated in July/August last year but they still haven't fixed the outstanding problems, and won't even reply to my emails.

The only aspect of the purchase that went well was the pre-sales and sales. The planning was disconnected and the execution was worse. Had to stay on top all aspects of execution. The only saving grace was the professionalism of the tradesman. Since the install, the shaving cabinet sold to us has broken in under 3 yrs, because it was cheap. This is after spending $50K on both our bathrooms. When we contacted them about this, they were black and white on the warranty period, and basically didn't care. So if you want to have someone that cares, after the bathrooms are done, then look somewhere else.

Premium price for a poor quality outcome, had 3 bathrooms renovated took far too long to complete, many aspects to the fitout needed to be reworked or reinstalled. Called head office multiple times to sort out post completion issues, no response.
