Always good service and friendly staff with advice to boot.

Came in one day and met a very pleasant guy called Jay who sorted me out with more than what I was after. Told a friend that this is a good place. Went in again 2 weeks later to buy a leg blower. After hanging around, looking around and waiting for 20 mins I walked up to a gentleman by the name of Brian who didn’t seem interested in helping. Nonetheless, I asked if he could help me. His response was. “I could walk over and help but do I feel like it, probably not”. I did not respond to his Failed attempt at dark humour and said instead that it’s a hot day and I’d appreciate some help. After much pain on his end, he walked over turned on two of the blowers I was after at me. Why would you do that? I raised it with the man at the front of the store suggesting that he was not very helpful. The man at the counter didn’t respond to what I said. Took my money and said it’s hot and we’d rather not be here. My suggestion to the owners or whoever feels like giving a toss is that If you’re in business make an attempt to do your job or let someone else who’s a little nicer do it. It’s sad to see but people actually find being nasty gratifying.. Manners make the man they say. Worth pondering on while you whinge to yourself about how bad life sucks.

Loads of stock no staff to sell it! After 3 calls over the loud speaker by the front desk, still nobody could be bothered to offer any customer service. Found another Stihl agent in Thornleigh, much better, go there!

Absolutely useless customer service, not interested, sitting behind the counter - They have no idea about Hardware & General ..... Things

They seem to have a nice range of products Until... I get stoped in my foot steps with a older guy in glasses inpatiently asking from afar “what are you looking for?!” What a way to shoo a potential Customer away. It ain’t the 1st time your customers are complaining about Rude service. When will you get it right ?
