Fantastic store. Been shopping there for years. Great advice and friendly service has had me making them my go to place.

Staff friendly and easy to talk to, not pushy (which is a big plus for me) but with good product knowledge, shop well laid out with plenty of choice from quality items. Altogether a very pleasant experience in replacing a deceased microwave oven. We even shared 5 seconds of silence in comiseration. ud83dude0a

Excellent service today, was there with my 2 kids and the salesman was so patient and even carried our heater from the back of the store to our car!

If you order online for pickup in store, don't use PayPal because the process to collect your item is a complete stuff around. They want to see proof of payment through PayPal before releasing the goods. The order wouldn't have gone through without payment so they just don't trust their point of sale and payment software.

Good selection and staff helpful, also has only toilet we could locate.
