I work for a property management company in Newcastle and found it extremely difficult trying to find a trade to repair a carpet burn. After numerous phone calls and no response, I posted my request on line through HiPages, something I have never used before. Within 1 hour Allison from Lac Make Floors had emailed me. She answered all my questions within 30 minutes, providing me with a mobile number and booked the job in to be done the next day. Wow!!!!
