We were very impressed with this Company from our first phone call. The quote was prompt and on acceptance, communications with them were great. The designing staff were friendly, knowledgeable, willing to listen to our ideas but forthcoming with their own ideas too. Nothing was too much trouble, we changed things around a little after initial planning. Upon start of construction everything was organised by a project manager, we didn't have to do a thing. Overall, trades were clean, friendly, reliable, trustworthy, punctual and very competent. It did cost us a bit more than the original quote but some things can't be picked up until the walls come off and the carpenters can see what they are up against. We were prepared for that and to make sure the end result was perfect we did what was suggested. The best thing was I didn't have to do the final clean, professional cleaners did that and was included in the quote. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone.

All the staff and trades people were very professional and respectful of our wishes. Troy was always approachable and very focused on coordinating all the different trades people. A very lovely new bathroom was the result! Thanks very much!

From the moment we first me Shane, owner of NBS, we new we had chosen the right people to design and complete our new en suite. Troy the supervisor and every tradesperson was top of their game and very respectful of ourselves and our home. Lexie who helped design, choose products and tiles was wonderful also. We were very happy with the end result of our bathroom renovation by NBS. Troy was a great project manager and went above and beyond. Lexy was also very helpful in the initial design process and steered us toward good quality products at a decent price point. The bathroom is now unrecognisable and has brought our home into the 21st century.
