Very efficient and helpful staff. They listened had good ideas, but were not too pushy. Really liked the design they drew up for me. Happy to change things around.

New build 2017. Magnet Kitchen's design staff were helpful, friendly and very patient. We ordered our kitchen and laundry with Magnet Kitchen and soon after we also ordered vanities and shaving cabinets. Process was smooth, price was competitive. Once in production, we were updated a couple of times about the status of our job. When it came to fit-out, the team was efficient and tidy and turned up when they said they would.nI was pretty happy with how the whole process worked, I would happily recommend them.n(Our designer was Joel, David was our contact when our job went into production.)

Have had a great experience designing a Custom Kitchen, with Alfresco Servery, Butlers Pantry, Bathrooms and other house cabinetry. Highly recommend Bernadette and Jess as a professional and friendly team to realise your dream projects. Tanya too on reception great for ensuring customer service, when following up on the phone. Showroom has plentiful samples. Just be aware for design purposes, appointments are needed to ensure you get the best service. I've popped in to collect samples without a problem. Our specialised plans are now complete -we love the design and selections, guidance from staff was invaluable during the process, and very patient with changes we made along the way. Options given to suit our budget was not a problem ! Our build will commence shortly, will update review of Magent cabinetry when installion is completed.
