Hi guys, had our carpets cleaned again, like we do every year. We stared out by getting our carpets done just to say they have had a deep clean once a year. The last two years I have had you guys in and will not go anywhere else. Brilliant! We started by trying to save money, then it was about saving the carpet and now we want it to look good as well. You have bought it back to new and we love it. Would like to shout out to your office staff and Qun who came in and did our carpets this year. We are so impressed with this company. We thought our very expensive rug was ready for the bin... with dogs and kids all leaving their mark. We received it back today with low expectations and it looks brand new!! Highly recommend

They haven't even bothered to return my query

Good experience dealing with the company, very friendly and helpful. But unfortunately my rug came back damaged and torn quite badly and I had no photos to prove it wasn't like that before. They took no responsibility. Very disappointed!
