Added stuff to my order a few days before it was due for delivery without any problems.nnDelivery was fast, on-time and they dropped the timber exactly where I needed it.nnThis weekend we returned some bits that we didn't use, refunded promptly.nnNothing to fault here. Also got some good advice on decking when we popped in to do the returns.nnThank you!

Very rarely do I ever come across good customer service in Hardware Stores but after calling into NHS Lambton I was very impressed with the service. Amanda is exceptional in customer service and has great product knowledge. She went above and beyond to assist me Friday morning and even followed through with a phone call to confirm that delivery would be made the next morning. Will definitely be returning to this hardware store. Thanks Amanda
