The product and the service is not that bad it was actually great however, maybe it was my fault or not but the delivery was meant to be next week yet I received it a week early. I did put in the date in your website when I checked out so I don’t know what when wrong, I did put in a request during for its delivery (like on the day). I had been contacted but could not answer as i was at work and could only call back during my break (which was the time i requested for the flowers to be deliver (of the date I expected it be delivered)) I also responded to the email but did not know why you received it late But yeah aside from that product wise and service is quick and great.

2020 hasn’t been the most ideal year especially with not being able to travel overseas across borders to be with family and celebrate special events. So finding Buds on Buderim was a life saver! I’ve been able to have gifts purchased and delivered on the same day for two special Occasions - Birthday and Mother’s Day. There is a beautiful selection of gifts, decor and flowers. Also the response to any queries was promptly addressed which I really appreciated. Definitely one of my best experience with online shopping. Much love from Fiji.

What a wonderful experience placing our phone order from Sydney. The young girl who answered was so helpful. She had such a wonderful manner. I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were delivered within hours. Thank you so much for making the process easy and for delivering a beautiful bouquet.

Excellent service and beautiful flowers delivered just hours after I placed the order on Saturday morning. I ordered them from the UK for a relative, the order process was very quick and easy. Super impressed...and she loved the flowers.

I love supporting Buds on Buderim. I have had flowers put together for occasions like birthdays and Mother’s Day before and also had them delivered for other occasions like co workers being promoted. They never disappoint 💜
