Have known this florist over the years. Had what I wanted. Great prices for beautiful flowers.
Looking for a last minute house warming present, I stopped at this florist. The lady was so helpful and prepared a beautiful dried flower arrangement. Highly recommend!

Do NOT recommend!! I ordered some flowers for my 85 yr old mum for Mother's Day. They were to be the same as the image online. What she received was nothing like the pic. The colours were correct and there were roses. The roses petals were brown on the edges! I understand you have to use flowers in season but the arrangement didn't even look like it was done by a professional! I could have done better. The delivery was only around the corner but will order else where next time. . So disappointed!
POST REVIEW: The florist replied to my complaint email apologising and offered to send a fresh flower arrangement to my mum accompanied by an apology note to her. Which they did and the arrangement was how it should have been originally. Kudos to Bella Flora for redemption.
Bought a bouquet the other day for the daughter, and was delighted with the product. Would definitely recommend Bella flora to my friends and family.
