Really wonderful service.nI was just browsing and the staff were so helpful and explained everything i needed to understand in way that want intimidating and was very accessible.nnGave me some really solid advice without any pressure to buy.nnI'll be back!
Poor customer service skills. Not once was I greeted or asked if I needed a hand. Two staff members in the store both stayed behind the counter having a good old chat. Wasn't greeted or acknowledged that I was even in the shop, I even gave them the chance to do so when I slowly walked past the counter.nLost a sale today due to that sorry.
I snuck into the store and hid behind a lamp for an hour, I swiftly left at 1;30pm
