Absolute scam! Bought a $79 non stick pot and after 5 months the pot was full of scratches despite following instructions. Was told i can't use hard plastic cutlery despite instructions stating you can. Refund was not given because i used plastic. $79 down the drain. Kmart pots last longer! If i could give 0 stars i would!

Absolute worst shopping experience ever! Bought a pot that claimed to be scratch resistant and shows a hammer hitting the pot in the instructions book however, this pot scratches when even using plastic. Tried to get a refund and no resolution. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Their quality of product is the worst. I have had items from Kmart last longer with less care!

Extremely bad returns/refund policy.nnI had to return a kitchen blow torch that was faulty and the person at the counter was not allowed to do the refund and had to get head office to approve it.nThis process took over a month to complete and finally head office would not accept the refund and only provide a replacement.
