Incredible quality and service!! We have had a long standing relationship with Marty and the team across a large number of projects. You won't find a business more dedicated to customer service, product knowledge and an emphasis on the highest quality products.

Great advice from Marty and the team at NewTech. They certainly know their stuff when it comes to stone and marble and their range is fantastic. They assisted with the colour and material choices along with advice on the installation for our recent ensuite renovation. Delivery was prompt and the quality of the product is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

We were sold tiles at a reduced price as there was only a certain amount available and assured that while there would be some variation the colour (as with any stone) the tiles would be commensurate on the most part to those on display . Tiles on display were completely different colour to tiles delivered. On providing this feedback- no compensation being sought as tiles had been layed while at work- they said I had bought second hand tiles (first I had heard that!), they were not a tile they would usually sell and that any level of variation should be expected and that’s life! I was told tough luck. We saved for this pool for the kids and thought we had struck a good deal on tiles- so wrong! I now have a grey/stone house and yellow/cream pool tiles of a Sub rate quality- great look. I am posting this so that others are not as disappointed as I am when they pour a small fortune into pavers!nnEdit:nInterestingly this rating and post was uploaded following our conversations with Robert which were ended with ‘You’re wrong’ and ‘I have nothing more to say’. The below response to this review is disingenuous. I again reiterate a lack of honesty and professional integrity in dealing with feedback, not a request for compensation, feedback. Your misrepresentation is not appreciated.

From start to finish I was extremely satisfied with the advice and service that New Tech Stone & Marble provided for our pool reno and entertaining area update. The Ezzari waterline tiles and silver trav pavers look fantastic and the trades looking after the laying spoke highly of the quality of the products. Nothing was an issue for them and I would highly recommend New Tech Stone & Marble for any internal or external job you might consider.
