We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I started looking at carpets over 12months before I made a final decision, and sales staff were so friendly, informative and helpful - particularly given that it had been such a long time between my initial enquiries and ordering. The installation process was effortless. Warehouse staff were accommodating when we had to push install back, and the installer was friendly, efficient and removed all rubbish. A great experience all round and very happy with the product as well.
