If we could give a zero star rating we would!nnWe attended the Rutherford showroom for a pre-booked showroom tour and design consultation on Saturday afternoon. Trudy who gave us the showroom tour is lovely and you can tell she is very knowledgable and passionate about what she does. We were then handed off to the designer and he vaguely seemed interested in designing our kitchen.nnAfter some time we arrived at a design that was well above our budget and we set to scaling it back, at this point he started talking about putting a deposit down then and there and we were given a limited opportunity discount voucher for that day only.nnBy 4pm we had reached a design that we could afford that was still outside our budget. As we were very interested in purchasing and they were about to close we asked for the opportunity to come back Monday morning with a decision. At that point our designer went into aggressive sales mode overdrive and literally said it cannot wait until Monday you need to put your money down now or that's it.nnWe walked away and wont ever go back. Dont waste your valuable time and money on these vultures.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. What an incompetent company. Nothing was delivered on time, the project manager was a young kid who didn't know what he was doing - giving us poor excuses for their tardiness which resembled a child forgetting his homework in primary school.nEverything that could go wrong went wrong, from the measurements of the cabinets and stone slab to poor communication to us about when the labourers would be over.nManagement was so arrogant and obnoxious, that when we complained about the experience, we received no apology.nWe even witnessed BULLYING taking place in the showroom between employees when we first started the design process, and the designer didn't know how to use their design program. That should have been our sign to shop elsewhere. Horrendous experience, would give zero stars if I could.

STAY AWAY from this store. Run away like the plague.nIt was a nightmare dealing with kitchen connection Rutherford. From pushy salesperson that didn’t want to leave (11:00pm when she left) until we give her a deposit, then we had kitchen connections contractor doing our electrical disconnection with an expired license, hard to deal with store manager when I had our bank manager holding our funds until all the contractors provided a current trade licences. It took 8 weeks to get our handles changed and every time we rang the project manager to get an update on the handles and laundry cupboard that was the wrong size, he took days to return our calls.nnNEVER AGAIN!!!!nPS: I can supply photos of emails regarding all this issues

I’m currently still going through the process of getting my kitchen done. Throughout this process I feel like I’ve been lied to or that the people working there don’t know the basic building requirements.nMy first issue was being told I didn’t need to get rid of the asbestos, which wasn’t the case and I was only told this after putting down the two desposits at the second check measure. It has now cost me an extra $7000 on a kitchen already costing $15,000.nI was then told that they would arrange a convenient time for another second check measure after I had to get the extra work done. This again hasn’t happened and now I need to take time off work to make it to the second measure.nMy kitchen work hasn’t even started and I’m already completely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and honesty with this company.nIf I were able to get my money back and go somewhere else I would.
