Very helpful and well informed staff
First job they did was excellent (carpeted living room), no fuss and great customer service. Second time around I had a different sales person and I recieved poor, rude customer service. Install of vinyl planking turned out excellent in kitchen, carpeted WIR have visible join lines through them due to incorrect measurements. Worked out in the end, but a disappointing experience second time round which puts me off using them again, despite good work for the most part.
Friendly service, good advice and plenty of stock.
