Petrie's Mitre 10 Trade Centre

Used to go here all the time more knowledgeable staff than Bunnings. But last 2 visits impossible to get service while staff standing round talking to each other but not me. Walked out first time and was about to the 2nd time when finally someone decided to serve me but young lady had no knowledge about what I needed anyway and left empty handed anyway. The new layout is dark and not customer friendly. Place was sad.
