Rang this company Monday and spoke with Steve and arranged a service call for Thursday afternoon.nchecked with him Thursday morning if everything was still ok for service that afternoon and he said YES. 5.00pm rang him to get approximate time he was coming and he said he was calling in on way home as he lives in St Clair. 7.30pm I gave up on him and assumed a no show with no courtesy call or anything.nI would not be recommending this company as his actions are not of a person that runs a reliable local business.nOnly gave 1 star because I had to.

Bought a washing machine here, service was great, helpful service man

Good service but hard to find location

Absolute worst customer service they tell you they will be at your place by certain time thwn never show up. Have had to chase them down via real estate agent to get them to come.and replace my oven. 4 times i have had to go tnrough this just to get anotjer phone calk to say they will be out and never show up. How is this company still operating. 1 star is being very generous.

This man knows his stuff. Came in, partially pulled apart the machine, took it back to his, then next day brought it back, job done.nnThe machine now works great, and the price to replace the clutch was lower than expected. Definitely worth it.
