Thanks to the incredible service, care and support of Roy, Barbara and Julian at Express Transfers our daughters were able to make it home safely to the USA from their COVID-19 exodus from Thailand through Singapore, Australia and Honolulu. It was a challenging and stressful journey overall, but my wife and I simply cannot thank these guys enough for the wonderful care you provided for our daughters during their transfer from the Gold Coast Airport to the airport in Brisbane for their last flight home. Julian was wonderful in shepherding them and making sure that they safely checked-in at Brisbane Airport. The voice mail message that we received from Barbara informing us that our daughters had made it safely and “in good spirits” to Brisbane, was remarkably kind and brought tears to our eyes. Although it is easy to get distracted in light of world events, we did not want to forget to let everyone know of the tremendous service we received and encourage all to support this wonderful business. We will never forget your kindness. When things settle down in this world (and they will), we plan on taking our annual family vacation to the Gold Coast of Australia. When we get in to your area, we plan on using Express Transfers for everything and thanking you all in-person. Thanks again, hang in there and stay well.

I am an event manager and book private transfers for my VIP guests and clients all the time. I have to say the service provided by Express Transfers has got to be one of the best in the industry. Online booking is simple and easy, changes are responded to very quickly. The drivers contact details are sent to you and your passengers the day prior and the drivers have always been punctual. The fleet of cars are of a high quality and always clean. I would highly recommend them.

In the last week, we ( a party of 5) used Airport Transfers for return trips from Brisbane Airport to Surfers Paradise and couldn't fault the service. Great information and questions answered - (pre-trip) by Roy, plus transfers driven by Steve and Julian - friendly, professional drivers, modern, clean vehicles and they arrived ahead of departure time.
