Double Bay Hardware

Attended in a time of desperation on a public holiday when our toilet stopped working. The gentleman there could not have been more helpful, honest and truthful... enabling a quick repair. Highly recommended.... good to see old fashioned hardware stores and real service still exist.

Huge range, shopped here for couple of years but it does not feel as though the employees friendliness has dropped away. Nonetheless very helpful and pleasant!

I can recommend this store to any customer.nnQuick thought on the comment from James McCowan below: it doesn't matter for how long use have owned an item, if you used it and they can't sell it to another customer, they can't just take it back. Very helpful staff, just telling them what you are trying to do and they'll point you in the right direction. They have a huge range of stock only lose 1 star because something's can be a bit expensive. Been here many times for small items.
