Thank you for always making the most beautiful arrangements. I ordered 'just because' bouquets for my girlfriend from here and they were always meticulously crafted and beautifully arranged. A nice touch was the wonderful bouquet you made for my now-fiance's mother's wedding. Very grateful for your creative designs and thoughtful touches. And thank you for the chocolates!

Floral Fantasy did a wonderful job on our corsage and buttooneer. It is clear that a lot of care, effort and passion goes into the work they do. Their prices are also really good but considering the quality as well its an amazing deal. Thank you Floral Fantasy!

Lynne is absolutely fantastic. I have sought her assistance from interstate for last-minute flower deliveries in Ipswich on multiple occasions now. She’s so considerate and friendly and takes the time to listen and to ask the questions that help her provide the best bouquet possible. And the best part: my mum is always thrilled at the gorgeous flowers she receives. Highly recommend A Floral Fantasy, wish we had a florist this fantastic in Melbourne! Thank you Lynne! 😁

Reading the reviews, I'm confused, as I'd have probably selected this florist based on the reviews. My experience, unfortunately, was very different. A friend ordered the flowers from interstate via this florist to acknowledge a significant death in the family. The courier rang whilst I was out to advise she was trying to drop them off but the gate was shut. I said I was out, she said she could leave them at the gate. I said I was uncomfortable about that but she said it was a quiet street and should be ok, and pushed for time to think of other options (no other were presented), I reluctantly agreed. I arrived 30mins later and the flowers, whilst quite a nice arrangement, were slightly damaged. I assumed they had fallen against the gate and snapped off, so I rang to to let them know what had happened and was also disappointed that they were damaged, as I know they would not have been cheap. In the course of explaining to the florist, first via the office girl, then the driver, I overheard the driver tell the florist that I had told her to leave them at the gate because I was out - something I never suggested and even said I was uncomfortable with. When I asked to speak to the florist, the driver kept saying I could just talk to her, as she was the one who had dropped them off. I insisted upon talking to the florist and tried to correct her understanding of what had happened. To say she was not receptive is an understatement - the situation escalated with the florist repeatedly stating that the flowers were in perfect condition when they left them, that I'd said to leave them (yes I had, but with no other option presented to me, and stating clearly I wasn't comfortable with that), and that it wasn't their fault if the dog messed around with them (it seemed that where they had put the flowers, the dog had possibly tugged on them through the gate - a point I'd never considered but the driver said that the dog was sniffing around the flowers, so had probably chewed on them - which makes you wonder why on earth she left them there if the dog could access them???). She then demanded to know what I wanted to do - at no point was there any attempt to be conciliatory until the point where I said lets just forget about it, it's getting too much on top of everything else. Ultimately we agreed that she would provide a new bunch of flowers. I ended up ringing back and saying not to bring any new flowers, as I was finding the idea of someone coming to the house who was clearly so hostile and doing something she didn't want to do, too stressful. In short, the flowers were ok, but it's probably the worse service I've ever received from a florist, particularly at a time of bereavement where a bit more sensitivity wouldn't have gone astray.

I went there this morning as was driving past and saw the open sign. I walked to the front and opened the door and it was locked so I couldn't get in. The lady in the store looked really annoyed. I continued to look in the window as I wanted to purchase some flowers I had saw and she came out and said in a real rude tone "did you want to get in?" and I was taken back by how cranky and rude she was to a potential customer so I told her no. Don't understand why you need to be rude to someone who wants to support your business but thanks for showing me to go elsewhere! And if you want to lock the door, maybe put a sign saying that instead of an open sign for one to assume they could go in.
