Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service

For a small town volunteer fire and rescue squad these guys cover hundreds of kilometers and act with the grace and professionalism of paid fire fighters. They face tough conditions and are usually first on scene providing rapid rescue and fire skills. Coolgardie is lucky to have such a dedicated team who train and attend call outs on their own time without expectation of any reward or recognition. Everyone wants people there to help them in time of need but not everyone is willing to be that person to help.
