Compared to similar grocery shops and butchers around this area, Vatan Supermarket stands out to be better than others. The store it self looks clean and presentable. This is my go-to place for halal meat. Not only regular meat like beef, lamb, chicken and goat they also have some additional items for meat lovers like liver, heart, kidney, tail, tripe, tongue, brain and more. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to buy halal meat.

Really love their tandoori and marinated chicken. Just toss it in the oven and done. Good selection of meat as well. I drive from Glenelg to shop there so happy with their stuff.

Best place for Halal meat (lamb, goat, chicken etc). Target clientele is Pakistani / indians). You will find all type of cooking spices and everyday food items.

Freshly made bread is their specialty. Fresh meat has a lot of variety but the prices are on the higher side. I won’t recommend to buy loose dry fruit. Also, always check the expiry date of the packed foods.

Stock is good and every6is fresh. Although, it's possible to find better prices in near shops
